2D cross section analysis
Tomograph images are generated on-site immediately after measurements. Users can analyze data, measuring residual walls and decayed areas directly from the images. These images can be saved as digital files for export into other software for reports and presentations. Using Q-74 expert software, practitioners can overlay tomograms onto tree photos, providing a unique view of both external and internal details.
3D cross section analysis
The 3D function allows for the integration of multiple tomographs from a single tree. When the technician records the images with consistent compass orientations and aligns the measurement points, the software merges them into a three-dimensional model. This model can be rotated and adjusted to reveal different perspectives of internal decay columns. These detailed views offer valuable insights that inform risk assessment decisions.
